Within the holding company and to strengthen the Organization and Process Department, we are recruiting :

An Organization and Process Project Manager, with a master degree and with proven experience in the same position, whose main tasks will be :
  • participate in advising and supporting the various subsidiaries and functions of the holding company in developing strategies for transformation, adaptation and change management
  • formalize, implement and monitor the application of management procedures for subsidiaries and the holding company
  • act as an interface between the business teams and the project management team
  • help employees define their needs, document functional specifications and draw up specifications
  • ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality

Position based in Casablanca.
