Project Manager in charge of Real Estate Activity Coordination

To support the growth of our real estate business, we are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate real estate activities.  Their main responsibilities will be : 

  • to manage the central governance of real estate operations entrusted to the Delegated Project Owner (MOD)
  • to be the single point of contact for all operational and documentary flows, and to perform first-level checks to ensure legal and financial compliance according to the guidelines and management rules defined by the Finance and Legal Departments
  • to establish and enforce the governance framework, decision-making processes, and documentation requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • to ensure the use of contractual templates and the management of exceptions, amendments, and changes
  • act as coordinator between the Legal, Finance, and Project Management departments
  • ensure the compliance of commercial files and guarantee the reliability of financial management (schedules, payments, work in progress, periodic closing) in close collaboration with the Finance Department
